PthlA constitutive promotor from C. acetobutylicum
PthlA is a constitutive promotor fund in Clostridium acetobutylicum. It can be used in artificial acetone synthesis plasmids. Here it regulates the expression of genes: thlA, ctfA/ctfB and adc.
Improvement from NJTch_China 2022
Results:
The fluorescence intensity shows that the promoter thlF7 has a trends in aerobic inhibition. But the performence in microaerobic situation is also inhibited.
